Our techniques

Accurate measurement of blood pressure
In examinations on healthy persons and on patients, we found that our PPG-based technique for systolic blood pressure measurement is significantly more accurate than the available automatic blood pressure meters.

The PPG and Korotkoff-sounds pulses reappear when the cuff pressure decreases below systolic blood pressure.
Accurate measurement of
oxygen saturation
In preliminary examinations on cyanotic infants, we found that our technique for oxygen saturation measurement, which is based on light with two wavelengths in the infrared, is significantly more accurate than the available pulse oximeters, which are based on light with two wavelengths in the red and infrared regions.
